MEU SUPER WAS AWARDED THE FIVE STAR AWARD

Meu Super, referenced in the proximity supermarket category, was awarded, for the seventh consecutive year, the Five Star Award. This recognition, which assesses customer satisfaction, price/quality ratio, purchase intention and recommendation and trust in the brand and innovation, represents Meu Super’s continued excellence and dedication to meeting the needs of the community.

The Five Star Award, based on the opinion of 339 thousand consumers, highlights 157 winners among brands. This achievement is tangible proof of consumers’ appreciation for the quality, efficiency and innovation that characterize Meu Super.

João Melo, Meu Super’s general director, highlights the importance of these distinctions, stating, “these awards are a valuable stimulus for our employees and partners, materializing the purpose of proximity supermarkets in responding to the needs of today’s consumer with a close, complete, efficient and fast service.

The Five Star Award, which marks the beginning of 2024, reveals the Portuguese people’s favourite brands, personalities and media outlets. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the Five Star Award has recorded a total of 1,358 winners in the last decade, with an impressive growth of 450%. The rigorous methodology and high level of demand highlight a total of 198 winners for 2024, distributed among 157 brands, 23 personalities and 18 media outlets. In this edition, 1,135 brands were evaluated from 213 categories.

Meu Super reiterates its commitment to offering a quality service, adapted to the needs of the community and is grateful for the continued trust of its customers, who made this notable achievement possible.
