CONTINENTE KITCHEN RESTAURANT OPENS IN AMADORA
Continente Kitchen opens its 4th restaurant at the Continente da Amadora Shopping Centre with fresh news for the summer. After Vila Real, Viseu and Telheiras, the restaurant space where it is possible to enjoy the dishes from Continente Kitchen now comes to Amadora, with meals prepared with fresh ingredients and alternatives for every moment.
With summer in mind, Continente Kitchen presents some light and fresh news, such as Cockle Patties with Tomato Rice, Chicken drumsticks with Lemon Rice, or Shrimp Couscous and Sautéed Vegetables. Added to these novelties are vegetarian options and classics such as: Duck Rice, ‘à Brás’ Cod, Portuguese style Pork or Cod ‘Pataniscas’ (fritters) with Bean Rice.
There are also meat and fish grills, made in charcoal ovens that combine technology with the ancient art of grilling and which result in juicier and more aromatic grills, and the famous Wood Oven Pizzas, prepared in a rotating oven that in a single round makes the pizzas more uniform and tasty. Thinking of those looking for faster and more practical alternatives, the menu also includes fresh salads, made to order, and classic sandwiches, such as loin ‘Prego’ or ‘Bifanas’ on Bread. To complement the meal, traditional desserts are available, such as Chocolate Mousse, Sweet Rice, or the Chef’s exclusive recipe, Salted Caramel Pudding with Popcorn.
Open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., the Amadora Continente Kitchen restaurant has an offer that covers all times of the day, including an integrated cafeteria service. All recipes have the signature of Executive Chef André Matos, who guarantees the quality and respect for the origin and tradition of the recipes that are prepared.
At the Continente Kitchen restaurants, customers can comfortably enjoy the most traditional dishes of Portuguese cuisine, and they can also take their favourite meals home through the take-away service or order them on the various delivery platforms (Bolt Foods, Glovo and Uber Eats). With the opening of this 4th space, MC has already invested a total of 3 million euros and employs more than 100 people in the Continente Kitchen restaurant spaces.
