The ‘Co-creation of new food products with consumers’ project is globally coordinated by the University of Warsaw, with national projects in Poland, Lithuania, Portugal and Spain, with the projects in 2019 aimed at addressing the needs of elderly consumers. In Portugal, the aim is to develop innovative ‘Well-being’ cookies.
