Around 30 stands will be present in this area, displaying products, traditions, handicrafts and gastronomy.

During the ‘Bom para a Madeira’ festival, Chefs Octávio Freitas, Maurício Faria, Júlio Pereira and Chakall are invited to present their own vision of local cuisine and present exclusive dishes with the best that Madeira has to offer. Visitors can also attend nutritionist Márcia Freitas’ workshop on balanced lifestyles and nutrition.

Thirteen local producers will also be presenting and selling regional items such as wines, liqueurs and soft drinks, cheeses, bakery products, traditional sweets, tuna, eggs and fruit.

This Festival represents the celebration of regional traditions, which combine music with gastronomy, namely with the tasting of local products and showcookings by renowned Chefs. Also noteworthy are the activities dedicated to the younger ones.
