THERE ARE 3 NEW CONTINENTE PROTEIN PUDDINGS
Vanilla, Caramel and Chocolate are the three flavours of the new Continente brand’s new ‘+Proteína’ puddings, with low fat content, 0% added sugars and about 20g of protein per serving.
These are available in 200g packages, for a RRP of €0.99, and are intended to meet the growing market trend of protein-enriched products and convenient formats. These are a nutritious dessert or snack option, ideal for those who practice sports or have an active lifestyle. Both the Caramel and Vanilla pudding flavours have already been awarded the ‘Sabor do Ano’ 2022 (Flavour of the Year 2022) award, a distinction awarded by consumers based on blind tastings.

The Continente brand launches around 365 products a year; on average, there is a new product to be discovered every day.”
The new puddings are part of the Continente brand’s ‘+Proteína’ range, which now comprises seven references – in addition to the three puddings, there are banana, coffee and vanilla flavoured liquid yogurts, and a red fruit gelatine –, which has already sold more than 2.5 million units in the last year.
In 2021, Continente products accounted for around 750 million euros, in the food area, registering a growth of more than 20% in the last two years (that is, an additional 125 million euros). In the same year, from the total number of brands in the Sonae food universe, 99.26% of customers purchased Continente products.
