Hygiene & Beauty | CONTINENTE STRENGTHENS IN-STORE PERSONALIZED SERVICE

Continente is reinforcing its in-store personalized service, in the ​​hygiene and beauty products areas, by training 150 employees, who are already providing this specialized service in the brand’s 41 stores. To mark this commitment, the brand gathered its specialists in Lisbon with the aim of following trends, democratizing access to beauty products and reinforcing the brand’s positioning as a specialist in Hygiene & Beauty.

We want to personalize, more and more, the service to our customers, through a closer and more active communication. We are investing in new brands, with different price positions and aimed at all consumer targets, and reinforcing the offer in face and make-up products. In addition to the variety of products, we are dedicated to improving the service quality and providing better service, through the training and qualification of our Beauty Advisors. We want this team to be able to make the best recommendation to each of our customers, always keeping up with new trends in the beauty world. In this process, we have the support of a specialist training consultant who has developed an evolutionary training plan that enhances our teams’ specialization path.”, explains Paula Jordão, Commercial Director at Continente.

To mark this moment, Continente organized an event in Lisbon that brought together more than 300 people, in a Beauty Market featuring the main hygiene and beauty brands, where it was possible to find the latest innovations from brands and market trends as well as to try new products. This event also featured specialized training from the MyLabel, L’Oreal, Nivea and Pantene brands.
