4 million portuguese took advantage of continente card benefits

Continente released data on the use of the brand’s loyalty card, announcing that, in 2021, more than 4 million families took advantage of its benefits and that 1.7 million customers used the Continente Card App without ever losing a coupon or invoice.

Additionally, more than 1 million prizes were distributed to customers through the ‘Roda de Aniversário’ and ‘Roda dos Frescos’ prize giveaways. Regarding environmental sustainability, thanks to the users who subscribed to the electronic invoice, in the Continente Card App, more than 4 million metres of paper roll were saved.

In addition to this data, the brand is providing personalized information to Continente Card customers, who can already have access to their savings in 2021, namely the balance they have accumulated, the number of times they have used the Card, the top 3 brands that usually make up their shopping cart, their top 3 most purchased items, among other indicators. The year in review for each customer, in addition to being sent by email and SMS, is available on the Continente Card App.

The Continente Card App, which allows customers to take advantage of all the Continente Card’s benefits, via mobile phone, in Continente stores and partner brands, also allows for redeeming post-purchase coupons and paying with Continente Pay.

The Continente Card is the Largest Discount Card in the Country and can currently be used at more than two thousand points of sale, with exclusive discounts from a wide network of partners.
