MANINHO AND IVANDRO PERFORM AT THE CONTINENTE FOOD FESTIVAL

 

Maninho and Ivandro are the first confirmations of the Continente Food Festival’s next edition, which will come to life in Porto’s City Park, on the 6^th and 7^th of July 2024, with completely free entry. The festival, which offers a stage for all tastes, is open from 10:30 am to 1:00 am on Saturday and from 10:30 am to 11:00 pm on Sunday.

Portuguese singer, composer and musician Maninho, known for his musical versatility, takes to the main stage of the Festival, on July 6^th, at 3:30 pm, for an exciting concert where there will be no shortage of his hits, the result of a solid career that spans more than two decades, featuring songs such as ‘Pode Tentar’, ‘Tudo ou Nada’, ‘Vem Pra Cá’ or, more recently, ‘Até ao fim’. His songs vary between romantic ballads and more upbeat rhythms, showing his ability to adapt to different styles. Maninho is also recognized for his authenticity and charisma on stage.

At 25 years old, Ivandro, a Portuguese-Angolan singer, composer and musician, is one of the promising singers in Portugal, with hits such as ‘Lua’. This year, on July 6^th, at 6:30 pm, he will liven up the main stage of the Continente Food Festival. Ivandro has a contemporary musical style that combines elements of R&B, hip-hop and pop, often addressing themes such as love, relationships and personal overcoming. With a distinct voice and a charismatic presence on stage, the musician represents a new generation of talents in Portuguese music and was, in 2022, the most listened to Portuguese artist on Spotify and the second in 2023.

The Continente Food Festival’s 6^th edition will have entertainment for all tastes and, for two days, will be promoting gastronomic experiences with affordable meals, prepared by renowned Chefs, as well as showcookings, tastings, wine tastings, among many other activities. The Continente Food Festival is a pet friendly and sustainable event, recognized by ‘Sociedade Ponto Verde’, with 3R6 certification.
