DIOGO PIÇARRA AND RITA ROCHA PERFORM AT THE CONTINENTE FOOD FESTIVAL
Diogo Piçarra and Rita Rocha are the most recent confirmations for the Continente Food Festival’s 5th edition, which takes place in Porto’s City Park, on the 8th and 9th of July 2023, between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., with free admission.
The Portuguese singer, composer, author, musician and producer Diogo Piçarra takes the stage on the 8th of July, at 7 p.m., for an energetic concert where we will be able to enjoy all his hits, as well as his most recent releases.
Diogo Piçarra is one of the most successful national artists today. Since winning the ‘Ídolos’ contest in 2012, he has accumulated successes, with gold albums, several gold, platinum and double platinum singles, numerous partnerships with national and international artists, hundreds of concerts, including the debut at the sold-out Altice Arena, in an emotional post-pandemic celebration, and mentorship on ‘The Voice’ for 4 consecutive seasons.
At just 16 years old, singer, songwriter and instrumentalist Rita Rocha makes her debut at the Continente Food Festival, on July 8th, at 3 p.m., with her latest EP ‘A Miúda do 319’.
Rita Rocha had a remarkable path through ‘The Voice Kids’, in 2021, where her performances were distinguished ‘Best of March in The Voice Kids 2021’, making herself noticed beyond the borders of our country. That same year, she edited her debut single, now platinum, ‘Mais ou Menos Isto’.
Continente, through the Food Festival, aims to democratize access to entertainment through music, gastronomy with prestigious Chefs and provide family moments with the multiple free activities accessible to all who visit this festival. Singer Ana Moura is also confirmed for the event.
