‘Vinhas de Monsaraz DOC Alentejo’, in its white, red and rosé versions, in Pouch packaging are Continente’ recent novelties, which sells these wines exclusively. With a capacity of 1.5L and a RRP of €5.99, these Pouch packaging is ideal for preserving the wine after opening, since its content always remains in a vacuum as it is being served.
The innovative Pouch packaging is recyclable, unbreakable and extremely light, in addition of having a very low carbon footprint compared to traditional glass bottles. It is easy to carry, thanks to its handles, and to refrigerate, because it fits easily in the fridge. It also has a tap to easily pour the wine.
Produced by Carmim (Reguengos de Monsaraz Agricultural Cooperative), under the brand ‘Vinhas de Monsaraz’, the red wine stands out for its ripe red fruits aroma integrated with spice accents and for its elegant, fruity and balanced flavour with smooth tannins; the white ‘Vinhas de Monsaraz’ is fruity, with citrus and tropical fruit accents and has a fresh, intense and balanced flavour; the rosé has a red fruit aroma wrapped in floral accents and also has a fresh, intense and balanced flavour.
