Typical American doughnuts for sale at Continente stores
The famous American doughnuts of the Dunkin 'brand are on sale, exclusively, in Continente stores, starting this December, in two different varieties.
'Boston Kreme', a classic ring with cream filling and chocolate topping, and 'Strawberry Sprinkle', a more premium ring with strawberry filling and a colourful topping, are the two references, in a pre-packaged format, that you can find in Continente stores, for a € 2 RRP (per 2 units).
These doughnuts, especially the classic ones with pink icing, are a frequent presence in American films and series. Dunkin' and Continente stores’ goal is to increase the range of products for sale in stores, in order to surprise the consumer with the different novelties.
For Dunkin', being available in Continente stores is part of the brand's expansion strategy. For Caner Gursoy, Vice President for the European market, Middle East and Africa, “we are very happy with the choice of Sonae MC as a partner, especially because of the dynamics that Continente stores have in promoting new brands and new product concepts”.
