THIS EASTER IS MADE IN THE CONTINENTE KITCHEN
With Easter gatherings in mind, the new ‘Cozinha Continente’ brand has prepared a special Easter menu with ready-to-eat meals, to take away or to order. Chef André Matos, Executive Chef at Cozinha Continente, signs this selection of typical Easter dishes, which are available to order at the Cozinha Continente take-away counters, by phone or on Continente Online.

From starters, to share, to fish and meat dishes to make up the Easter table, in Cozinha Continente’s Easter Catalogue it is possible to find a selection of the season’s most typical dishes as well as some novelties to surprise the family - everything to make the Portuguese Easter more cheerful.
Among the Chef’s suggestions are the Roasted Vegetables Quiche, the Meat Croquettes or the Mushroom with Nuts and Cheese Chips Salad, to serve as a starter. As for the main course, the traditional ‘Polvo à Lagareiro’ or the Roasted goatling stand out, to which two novelties are added: Salmon Loins with Cornbread Crumble, sided by roasted vegetables and potato puree, and Pork Cheeks in Port wine, served with mashed potatoes. The traditional Duck Rice and ‘Espiritual’ Codfish, which have been delighting customers since the launch of the brand, could not be missing either.
It is also possible to order a complete meal with the ideal menu suggestions for 4 or 6 people, so that families can spend more time at the table enjoying their moments together. Orders can be placed until April 2nd, through the usual channels, and collections are made in store or delivered at the customers’ homes on April 8th and 9th.
