MEU SUPER OPENS 3 NEW STORES
São João da Madeira, Santa Iria da Azóia and São Domingos de Benfica are the locations of the new Meu Super stores, which open today to the public, with free service bakery and proximity to the customer.
With a total sales area of 102m², São João da Madeira’s Meu Super store is the 13th store in the Aveiro district and is located at Rua Professor Elísio de Moura. It is open from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm.
The district of Lisbon has, as of today, two new Sonae MC’s brand proximity stores with Santa Iria da Azóia’s Meu Super store, on Rua São Francisco Xavier, with 212 m², open daily from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm and São Domingos de Benfica’s Meu Super store, on Rua Padre Francisco Álvares. With a total sales area of 247 m², this store is open from Monday to Sunday, from 8 am to 8 pm.
The new stores offer the quality and variety of Continente’s brands such as ‘Seleção Continente’, ‘Fácil & Bom’, ‘Contemporal’, ‘Continente Equilíbrio’, ‘Continente ECO’, ‘Continente do Bebé’ or ‘MyLABEL’ and are also where customers can enjoy all the benefits provided by the Continente loyalty card, through in-store discounts and benefits from a wide network of partners.
Over the last 10 years, ‘Meu Super’ has opened around 300 stores across the country, with a total sales area of 50 thousand m2 and created 1500 jobs. Sonae MC's network of proximity stores was the winner, for the fourth consecutive year, in the ‘Cinco Estrelas’ (Five Stars) and ‘Excellentia’ awards and, for the sixth consecutive year, in the Consumer Choice award.
