CONTINENTE OPENS NEW STORE IN LISBON ON AV. DA REPÚBLICA
Creating 16 new jobs, Continente is inaugurating today a new space on Avenida da República, in Lisbon. The new Continente Bom Dia Avenida da República store, featuring around 340m2 of sales area, is open daily from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
The new space offers a range of thousands of products, which includes Continente’s private label as well as the brands that usually make up the basket of the Portuguese. This opening reinforces the brand’s commitment to both the district and municipality of Lisbon, which now have 65 and 21 stores, respectively.
On Continente Bom Dia Avenida da República, consumers can also use reusable bags when buying fruit, vegetables or bakery products. We also highlight the fresh and seasonal products that are always available, such as fruits and vegetables, as well as the in-store bakery, butcher and fishmonger, with national products.
The opening of the space is marked by a 10% discount on Continente Card campaign, throughout the store, between the 11th and 14th of November.
In terms of lighting, the store has 100% LED low-consumption light bulbs, and also equipment to control and reduce potential excessive water consumption.
