CONTINENTE HAS A NEW STORE IN BENFICA
Today, Continente opens a new space located at Rua Augusto Costa, 23 A and B, in Lisbon, which creates 15 jobs and has around 315m2 of sales area, open daily from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
The opening of the space is marked by a 10% discount on Continente Card campaign, throughout the store, between December 15th and 19th.
The new space offers a range of thousands of products, which includes Continente’s private labels as well as the brands that usually make up the basket of choices made by the Portuguese. This opening reinforces the brand’s commitment to both the district and the municipality of Lisbon, which now have 66 and 22 stores, respectively.
At ‘Continente Bom Dia 500 Benfica’, consumers can use reusable bags when buying fruit, vegetables or bakery products. We also highlight the fresh and seasonal products always available, from fruits and vegetables, to the bakery, butcher and fishmonger that the store has available, with national products.
In terms of lighting, the store has 100% LED low-consumption light bulbs, and also equipment to control and reduce potential excessive water consumption. Customers can also deposit used cooking oil, used batteries and cork stoppers, which will later be taken for recycling.
