‘CONTINENTE FOOD FESTIVAL’ IS BACK TO PORTO’S CITY PARK ON JULY 8TH AND 9TH
The ‘Continente Food Festival’, the only free event in Portugal that brings show and animation together with the latest news in the territory of gastronomy and food, showcookings, and affordable meals prepared by renowned Chefs, is back to Porto’s City Park, on the weekend of July 8th and 9th, 2023.
This will be the 5th edition of the festival, organized by Continente, with free admission, in an area of around 220,000 m2, of which 5,000 m2 will be a covered catering area, where Chefs, producers, national and international artists, public figures, among many other special guests will be present.
There will be 2 days full of gastronomic experiences, such as showcookings, workshops and tastings, wine tasting, a Ferris wheel, slide and children’s animations, with activities for the younger ones, and even for our pet friends.
In 2022, Continente won 2nd place in the ‘Festival and Proprietary Format’ category at BEA World, with the Food Festival. These international awards distinguish the best of creativity and innovation in the industry, worldwide, and Continente was the only national brand among the finalists in this edition, which registered 320 applications, from 97 agencies, from 32 countries.
Continente, through the Food Festival, intends to democratize access to entertainment through music, gastronomy with prestigious Chefs, and provide family moments with the multiple free activities accessible to all who visit this festival.
