Performance
In 2020, we continued the work of evaluating the nutritional composition of Continente brand food products, in order to optimise them and with the objective of reducing the levels of salt, fat and sugar and eliminating hydrogenated fats and palm oil, minimising the impact on the organoleptic characteristics of the products and avoiding this through the addition of flavour enhancers, aromas, sweeteners and preservatives.
