Biofoodpack

The project aims to create and test bio-composite packaging for active food preservation. This packaging uses low pasteurization temperatures and can be applied to Continente own brand products, such as cream cheeses and takeaway meals, increasing the shelf life of the products without compromising their organoleptic characteristics.
