Prevention of Corruption and Related Offences
Under the Decree-Law no. 109-E/2021, of 9th December, creating the National Anti- Corruption Mechanism (“MENAC”) and approving the General Regime for Prevention of Corruption (“RGPC”), MCretail SGPS S.A. has approved its Policy on Prevention of Corruption and Related Offences, that can be consulted here.

Infraction Channel – ZU, Produtos e Serviços para Animais, S.A.
As of 5 December 2025, ZU, Produtos e Serviços para Animais, S.A. ceased to be owned by MCretail, SGPS, S.A., and became part of the Musti Group. In this context, the Policy for the Prevention of Corruption and Related Offences of MCretail, SGPS, S.A. is no longer applicable to this company.
