The packages are practical, as they are presented in individual doses and bite size, ideal for healthy daily snacks.\r\n\r\nAccording to Mayumi Tha\u00eds Delgado, Continente\u2019s nutritionist, \u201cthese cookies were developed so that the ingredient present in greater quantity was a wholemeal flour. In addition, they have no added sugar and have a high fiber content, so they can be integrated into a balanced diet by complementing snacks.
