This space with 1500 m2 of sales area, guarantees all safety rules to protect both customers and employees, and creates 50 new jobs.<\/strong>\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\nThe new space offers a range of thousands of products, including those of Continente\u2019s private label and the brands that usually make up the basket of Portuguese choices. This opening reinforces the brand’s commitment to the Porto district, which now has 61 Continente spaces.\r\n\r\nWe highlight the fresh produce available, from fruits and vegetables, to the bakery, butcher and fishmonger that the store will make available, with products from the region. Here, visitors will find an area very similar to traditional markets with a very comfortable and contemporary atmosphere, where all information about the origin and characteristics of the produce will be available.\r\n\r\nThis opening is highlighted with a 10% discount on Continente Card campaign, across the entire store, between the 26th and 28th of June.\r\n\r\nThe local population and the institutions in the region will be able to count on Miss\u00e3o Continente\u2019s social intervention initiatives, now promoted by this store. The new Amial\u2019s Continente Bom Dia store will support, with its daily food surpluses, the \u201cAssocia\u00e7\u00e3o Fios e Desafios\u201d \u2013 an association of integrated support to the family. In the new store\u2019s area of influence there is also support for 18 institutions focused on fighting food waste, fighting hunger, promoting healthy eating and environmental sustainability. The new store contributes to encouraging environmental citizenship within the local community, through the provision of equipment where its consumers will be able to deposit used cooking oils, used batteries and cork stoppers, which will later be taken for recycling. Consumers also have a variety of Reusable Bags at their disposal.
