Meu Super stands out by achieving the highest level of satisfaction and recommendation from customers, based on its performance throughout 2023.\r\n\r\nJo\u00e3o Melo, general director at Meu Super, highlights that \u201c<em>we were awarded this recognition with great pride for the 9<sup>th<\/sup> consecutive year, which attests to the trust and satisfaction of Portuguese consumers in our brand. We work daily to improve our concept, offering a proximity service that responds efficiently and quickly to the needs of today\u2019s consumer.<\/em>\u201d\r\n\r\nIn this year\u2019s evaluation process for the \u2018Escolha do Consumidor\u2019 (Consumer Choice) award, more than 235,000 evaluations were carried out with 1400 brands being evaluated, from sectors as diverse as Social Communication, Food, Travel and Leisure, Products, Home Equipment and Hygiene, Personal Care, Services and Specialized Commerce, Beauty Products and Services, Child Care, Financial, Automotive and Rail Transport.\r\n\r\nConsumers identify, initially, which attributes they value the most in their relationship with brands and then make their assessment using more appropriate evaluation methodologies (product trials, mystery shopping, online audits, among others).
