Located on Avenida Marqu\u00eas de Pombal, the new Continente Bom Dia Alcanena store has 30 employees and is open daily from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, following MC\u2019s proximity stores\u2019 expansion policies.\r\n\r\n<strong><em>Continente Bom Dia Alcanena images <\/em><\/strong><em>link<\/em>\r\n\r\nThe opening of the space is marked with a 10% 10% discount on Continente Card campaign, throughout the store, between the 15<sup>th<\/sup> and 17<sup>th<\/sup> of December, which accumulates with current promotions.\r\n\r\n\u201c<em>For over 38 years, Continente has placed its customers at the centre of its operations, providing them with the best value proposition and brand experience. With this new, modern and innovative store, we want to serve our customers in Alcanena, as well as all those who visit us, thus being increasingly closer to them<\/em>,\u201d explains Store Director, Eus\u00e9bio Nunes, who has been with MC for 10 years.\r\n\r\nOn the environmental front, the photovoltaic solar panels on the roof and in the car park stand out, which represent around 45% of the store&#8217;s total consumption, guaranteeing its self-sufficiency for a period of more than 8 hours on a day with good solar radiation. The store also features 100% LED low consumption light bulbs for lighting, and equipment to control and reduce excessive water consumption, as well as two charging stations for electric vehicles.\r\n\r\nThe new store offers a range of thousands of products, including Continente\u2019s private label and the brands that usually make up the basket of the families\u2019 choices. This opening reinforces the brand\u2019s commitment to the Santar\u00e9m district, which now has its 17<sup>th<\/sup> store.\r\n\r\nAt Continente Bom Dia Alcanena, consumers can also use reusable bags when purchasing fruit, vegetables or bakery products, or reusable boxes for delicatessen and take-away products. Also noteworthy are the fresh and seasonal products always available, from fruits and vegetables, to the bakery, butcher and fishmonger that the store offers, with national products.\r\n\r\nThere are currently more than 150 Continente Bom Dia stores in Portugal, where more than 7000 people work.\r\n\r\nBy the end of 2023, Continente will invest a total of 35 million euros in the opening of 16 proximity stores, which represent the creation of 512 jobs and occupy a total sales area of \u200b\u200b18,000 m2.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong>Continente Bom Dia Alcanena Store<\/strong>\r\n\r\n<strong>Address:<\/strong> Avenida Marqu\u00eas de Pombal 779, 2380-017 Alcanena.\r\n\r\n<strong>Opening hours:<\/strong> Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The first Continente store in the municipality of Alcanena in now open, featuring 1260 m2 and 80 parking spaces.
