Chef Andr\u00e9 Matos, Executive Chef at Cozinha Continente, signs this selection of typical Easter dishes, which are available to order at the Cozinha Continente take-away counters, by phone or on Continente Online.\r\n\r\n<\/strong>\r\n\r\n\u201cAuthentic food, made with passion in our kitchen, and which we bring to the table of all families in such a special season\u201d, says Chef Andr\u00e9 Matos. From starters, to share, to fish and meat dishes to make up the Easter table, in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.continente.pt\/folhetos\/\">Cozinha Continente\u2019s Easter Catalogue<\/a> it is possible to find a selection of the season\u2019s most typical dishes as well as some novelties to surprise the family &#8211; everything to make the Portuguese Easter more cheerful.\r\n\r\nAmong the Chef\u2019s suggestions are the Roasted Vegetables Quiche, the Meat Croquettes or the Mushroom with Nuts and Cheese Chips Salad, to serve as a starter. As for the main course, the traditional \u2018Polvo \u00e0 Lagareiro\u2019 or the Roasted goatling stand out, to which two novelties are added: Salmon Loins with Cornbread Crumble, sided by roasted vegetables and potato puree, and Pork Cheeks in Port wine, served with mashed potatoes. The traditional Duck Rice and \u2018Espiritual\u2019 Codfish, which have been delighting customers since the launch of the brand, could not be missing either.\r\n\r\nIt is also possible to order a complete meal with the ideal menu suggestions for 4 or 6 people, so that families can spend more time at the table enjoying their moments together. Orders can be placed until April 2<sup>nd<\/sup>, through the usual channels, and collections are made in store or delivered at the customers\u2019 homes on April 8<sup>th<\/sup> and 9<sup>th<\/sup>.\r\n\r\n\u2018Cozinha Continente\u2019 is MC\u2019s new brand, which brings back the flavours and origin of traditional Portuguese recipes and delivers ready-to-eat food, whether to take away from the service counters or from the Cozinha Continente take-away counters; to order from Continente Online and from home delivery platforms; or to enjoy comfortably in one of the 3 concept restaurants.
