The Brazilian artist Daniela Mercury marks the festival\u2019s last performance, on Sunday. Doors open at 11:00 am.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe 4th<\/sup> edition of the \u2018Continente Food Festival\u2019 returns after two years of the pandemic, featuring an area of 200,000 m2<\/sup>, and offering the most diverse experiences for festival-goers of all ages, such as music, showcookings, children\u2019s and family entertainment, among other activities. \u2018Cozinha Continente\u2019<\/strong> (Continente kitchen)<\/strong> will bring together 7 national and international Chefs, who promise to turn food into a spectacle: Ant\u00f3nio Loureiro, Chakall, Cris Mota, H\u00e9lio Loureiro, Justa Nobre, Manuel Almeida and Rui Paula. National delicacies such as \u2018Tripas \u00e0 moda do Porto\u2019 (Porto style tripe), Cod Loin in Corn Bread crust or Iberian Pork Chaps are among the suggestions that can be tasted for 4.5 euros. For barbecue lovers, the \u2018Da Grelha\u2019 (Grill) area by P\u00e1la-P\u00e1la<\/strong> is the go-to space to taste various cuts, but there will also be several vegetarian options in the \u2018Cozinha de Rua\u2019 (Street kitchen)<\/strong> area.\r\n\r\n\u2018Cozinh\u2019Arte\u2019 by Oliveira da Serra<\/strong>, moderated by presenter Marta Bateira, known as Beatriz Gosta, will be another dynamic area of \u200b\u200bthe venue. Here, several special guests (such as youtubers, musicians and other artists) will be joining the event\u2019s chefs to show their cooking skills, by cooking recipes live. Also noteworthy is the \u2018Pra\u00e7a dos Vinhos\u2019 (Wines\u2019 Square)<\/strong>, which will feature the best selections of more than 30 national wine producers – such as \u2018Real Companhia Velha\u2019, \u2018Quinta da Pacheca\u2019 and \u2018Adega Cartuxa\u2019 -, to be tasted in cheeses and sausages\u2019 pairings, and also the \u2018Continente Academy\u2019<\/strong>, with on-site registration, for workshops and wine tastings with well-known figures such as TV presenter Filipa Gomes or Chef Jo\u00e3o Rodrigues.\r\n\r\nContinente once again promotes this festival for all ages, in a renovated space, with many new features.
