The new Continente Bom Dia Alcantarilha store is open daily from 8 am to 10 pm and has a sales area of \u200b\u200baround 1570 m2.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nTo highlight the arrival in the region, Miss\u00e3o Continente gifted shopping carts filled with essential goods to the institutions sponsored by the new store: CCCA &#8211; Carvoeiro Cat Charity Association, Portuguese Red Cross \u2013 Silves\u2019 Delegation and Silves\u2019 Pedagogical Farm \u2013 Silves\u2019 City Council.\r\n\r\nThese institutions will be permanently supported by Miss\u00e3o Continente, through the new Continente Bom Dia Alcantarilha store\u2019s daily food surpluses.\r\n\r\nFor Continente Bom Dia Alcantarilha Retail\u2019s Director, Jorge Aires Tom\u00e1s Delgado, who has been with MC for 10 years, \u201c<em>we want to keep being close to our customers, with a convenient service. This store\u2019s location, next to the Alcantarilha roundabout on the EN125 and next to one of the accesses to \u2018Via do Infante\u2019, allows us this proximity and convenience, with the best product variety and at the best prices.<\/em>\u201d\r\n\r\nThis opening reinforces Continente\u2019s commitment to the district of Faro and the municipality of Silves, which now have 19 and 2 stores, respectively.\r\n\r\nContinente Bom Dia Alcantarilha Retail, like all the brand\u2019s stores, allows consumers to use reusable bags when buying fruit, vegetables or bakery products. It also allows consumers to be active in the fight against food waste, through the sale of 0% waste boxes, which contain 5 kg of fruits and vegetables in good consumption conditions, but close to the limit of their shelf life, for \u20ac0.50\/ kg.
